Found a definintion of "quine" and wanted to capture it. Sometime I'll have to look it up and see if it's accurate.

from a Slashdot thread on the Paul Graham article Hackers and Painters:

"A quine (a code when compiled and run prints the code listing out) ... "

BTW, the article and the thread on Slashdot are fairly interesting — making a distinction between programming as art (which occurs under some circumstances) and programming as construction (and the possibility that Extreme Programming is more applicable to the latter).
