Scribbles is a
PageStatus code to try to indicate something about the quality of a page.
Currently, it is usually a self-assessment by the author or last contributor to a page (or me).
Eventually there may be other codes for quality assessment by others.
You (as a reader) should feel free to downgrade the quality assessment on a page. You should be cautios about upgrading the assessment as I am afraid you may be too lenient in rating the pages.
You must register at
TWikiRegistration and edit the page to change the
PageStatus.
Here is the approximate hierarchy of page ratings. Note that
Scribbles and
Collecting Notes are equivalent in level -- the former may have some actual (original) text prose while the latter has only notes or links to other pages.
