I think evolution is a better choice, even though it is also a noun. I would not have believed evolvement is in the dictionary -- it is not the most commonly used form of the word.

I've changed it to evolution, since I think many people have never heard of evolvement, myself included! I've also introduced a clarification, since I think that bullet referred to TWiki markup rather than HTML.

Has anybody ever performed a user test on TWiki? I would love to see the results. If none was ever performed I would volunteer to help facilitate one. But we would only have German users.
