Lima Release - Work in Progress

Introduction

Lima Release is the code name for the upcoming TWiki release, either TWiki-6.2 or TWiki-7.0. This release supersedes the KampalaRelease (TWiki-6.1). The CodeName of the release after Lima release has not been set yet.
