Motivation

Adding new image extensions have to touch core codes

Description and Documentation

Currently gif|jpg|jpeg|png is hard coded in Render.pm and Attach.pm, as new image format like svg, hiec, hief, webp immerse, adding new image extensions should not touch core codes. Changing it as configuration item and replacing that piece of code with $TWiki::cfg::{ImageExtensions} || 'gif|jpg|jpeg|png' seems a reasonable modification.
