Coding tasks
You can help work towards the the next
TWikiProductionRelease: go to the Nice To Have and Bug Reports tables shown on each release for a feel for what we've already identified.
If you are unsure how much work it would take or how to start, or want to work on something else feel free to ask on the appropriate topic.

Does this table need to be updated or is the Core Team now a 2 man show?

I think we have a pretty active core team right now. And more as coordinators and facilitators. Developers have direct access to the code on
SVN. Anyone can vote at release meetings. Above table is actually a SEARCH from the
CoreTeam topic. Look at the raw code of this topic and you will understand.
Martin is right. The help wanted right now is to close the many open bugs. Especially the ones related to low and normal priority like documentation.
We have effectively 6 weeks left till the December holidays so if we want 4.1 out before new year we need to stop adding and wishing for new things and start fixing. And those that cannot code - please help testing and find the bugs we have not yet found. And another thing that really helps is looking at the bugs that are open and are a bit cryptic. Help finding the patterns of when the bug occurs. That can often be half the solution. And finally when bugs are closed, test that the fix actually works. This is not always the case but the developer does not see it because his
CPAN libs are different, he is on a different OS, different browser etc etc.
