TWiki at a Minimum

Here I will be working on what I have done to make a minimal install of TWiki. I am starting with a new fresh install just done tonite.

The reason for the new install is to work on the existing platform with patternskin, which will make it more useful than working off a template and style not commonly used.

Bruce, are you using the current release for your work, or are you using DEVELOP so that we can use your work for the upcoming release? (see DevelopBranch for details on how to access DEVELOP)

Filled out checkin request. Working closer with dev be better.

You don;t need to be able to check in in order to work with the DEVELOP branch. Anyone can take a checkout - see DevelopBranch.

On ftp upload doing it the way I always do can't lose a 5000 error, dunno why

But it gave me the idea to keep on working ona one web MinimalistTWiki from patternskin, doc everything I do, and zip it up. Either its useful or not.

Why bother with the doc? Why not drop all the topics not needed for proper functioning of the system from a minimalistic release? All the docs are available at twiki.org and at ntwiki resp. in SVN, why permanently replicating tons of topics to individual setups? Aggregate all the documentation into one topic of InterWiki links to twiki.org and you have TWikiPure.
