Create a better framework and more flexible framework to accept multiple authentication methods.

• For other authentications types, create a common 'Enconde.pm' wrapper where any method could make use of it, instead repeating those in each package [same for definitions on .cfg file].

Sounds good. There are a number of methods (e.g. encrypt) that are common to several of the existing (and possible) authentication methods. It would be really nice if it could be made consistent with AuthPagePlugin as well - any chance of that? (I'd be quite happy to extend the plugin to fit)
