Question

Has anyone by chance written a plug-in for the user change-password process that reviews the proposed new password against organizational password requirements (length, mixed-case, punctuation, whatever)?

Answer

Not that I'm aware of; but it's something that GabrielAraujo needs to be aware of when re-architecting the auth control. See EnhanceAuthMethods.
