Question

VMware server (1.0.3 build-44356) hangs while starting TWikiVMDebianStable virtual machine on a host Windows Server 2003 standard edition 5.2.3790 SP2 on Dell PowerEdge 840.

It stops at the stage while detecting network interfaces.

Similar combination of VMware server and TWikiVMDebianStable is working find on a Windows Vista Business on IBM Thinkpad R60 machine.

This could be due to hardware compatibility problems.

Check out the attachments.
