Question

Hi, I changed the new file permission setting ({RCS}{filePermission} under store settings) through the "configure" script, from the default 644 to 664. However, when I create new topic, only the new version control file (*.txt,v) has the new persmission of 664. The newly created *.txt file is still having the default permission of 644. Is the *.txt file permission inherited from some other parent or template file, and is there a way to change it, or am I missing out some other configuration? Thanks in advance.
