Question

Topic names with German umlauts in WikiWords are recognized, I see the correct word in EDIT, but not in PREVIEW. And after SAVE the topic cannot be accessed "Note: This topic does not exist".

I'm using Windows 2000 Server SP4 and Apache 2.2.4, Perl 5.8.7 and GNU utilities through Cygwin. TWiki version 4.1.2 is installed.

{UseLocale}: off

{Site}{Locale}: de_DE.ISO-8859-1

{Site}{LocaleRegexes}: off

{UpperNational}: Ä...

{LowerNational}: ä...

{Site}{CharSet}: iso-8859-1

{Site}{Lang}: de

{Site}{FullLang}: de-DE

I've downgraded CGI.pm to 3.05/3.04/3.00, switched between all localisation options, set all to UTF-8 (Umlauts were recognized, but same problem).

Any idea?
