Question

I haven't been able to get the twiki draw plugin to work.

When I click on the 'edit drawing `empty` (requires a Java 1.1 enabled browser)' hyperlink, it goes to a blank page and the applet does not even come up. It does nothing.

Reading the support pages I read someone had an issue using SSL with this plugin. For our TWiki we do not use SSL, but we do use the Apache authentication and incorporated the LDAP authentication. Not sure if this has something to do with anything, but I thought I mentioned it.

Environment

TWiki version: TWikiRelease02Sep2004
TWiki plugins: DefaultPlugin, EmptyPlugin, InterwikiPlugin
Server OS: Unix (hpux)
Web server: Apache 2.0.54
Perl version: 5.8.7
Client OS: Windows XP Professional Sp 2
Web Browser: mozilla firefox and IE
Categories: Plugins

Answer

I'm afraid that if you have downloaded the plugin recently, it will no longer work with TWikiRelease02Sep2004 (because of skin changes).

In this case you should try downloading an earlier version (pre-Dakar release) and try again.

I downloaded an older version of the plugin from 14 September 2004, installed it and the same problem still exist. Any other ideas?
