Question

We edited the same topic simultaneously in Wysiwyg editor with different content and after saving it doesnot showing conflicts. Is there any settings for simultaneous editing. Please help regarding this.

No. WysiwygPlugin was written to be compatible with TWiki-3, which didn't have simultaneous editing. I will have to think about this.
