Question

I need to RCS relock revisions files in my exiting twiki. For that, I use the command line found in the WindowsInstallCookbook. Since the number of topics is high I get the error "Argument list too long".

Unfortunately, I don't know much about Perl or Cygwin (I'm on Windows). Could someone give me an alternative command that would cope with a high number of topics ?
