Question

After i installed some plugins like Notification, BlogPlugin, Comment plugin, they are showing some errors which says Plugins: could not fully register CommentPlugin, no plugin topic TWiki::Plugins::CommentPlugin could not be loaded. What can be root cause of this? the path are all perfect in Locallib.cfg. What else can be?

Check if file permissions are correct so lib files are readable by your webserver.

yes the file permissions are correct. What else can be the reason?
