Question

I'm trying to get WikiwygContrib to work and its page contains entries for PackageForm. But when I click on the test link that leads to edit.cgi/TWiki/WikiwygContrib?skin=wikiwyg, I get an oops that says 

   Form Definition TWiki.PackageForm missing
and the topic isn't there. I'm trying to figure out if I should create it by making a copy of http://twiki.org/cgi-bin/view/Plugins/PackageForm . I get what its purpose is, I just don't understand why it's not working. It seems that the topic should have been in the 4.1.2 install.

TWiki version: TWikiRelease04x01x02
TWiki plugins: DefaultPlugin, EmptyPlugin, InterwikiPlugin, Plugins.Wysiwyg
Server OS: Solaris
Web server: Apache
Perl version: 5.8.8
Client OS:  
Web Browser:
