Question

Hello all. I cannot seem to get Latex render a image on my page. My problem is similar to this one

http://twiki.org/cgi-bin/view/Support/LatexModePluginNotLikedByLatex

but I am running Ubuntu. At the bottom of my screen I have this message "Latex rendering error!! dvi file was not created."

I have installed the Digest::MD5 and Image::Info perl modules and have a working latex, dvipng, ghostsrcipt installations.
