Is there a way I can get twiki to show a document in the 2 column format used by technical publications ? For example, see http://www.cdg.org/resources/white_papers/files/Overview_of_cdma2000_Revision_D.pdf

Have a Google for TWiki and CSS stylesheets - you would probably need to apply your own stylesheet. PatternSkin might help, or you might want to start with a simpler skin.
