Question

Is there any way to set a preference - something like ALLOWTOPICCREATION on a web basis? There's a couple webs where we want users to be able to edit current topics, but only allow our TWikiAdminGroup to be the ones to create new topics in those webs, so setting something like ALLOWTOPICCHANGE won't work. Is there an easy-ish way to do this?
