Question

I can't seem to move my main window over to the left a bit, now that I've decreased the size of the left bar in the viewleftbar.pattern.tmpl. I thought it would move over with the newly sized leftbar, but it is not.

Does anyone know where the configuration for this is kept, and where the configuration for the link mouse overs are kept?
