Question

I've tried installing TWiki on my Windows XP Home computer...

I managed to follow the steps in WindowsInstallCookbook up to step 10 (Set File permissions). Up to this point, every step was very straight-forward (ie type this command ...)

I'm not a Linux expert so this is the part I have got completely lost with. Can anyone please help me with what commands I'm supposed to be executing.

I know my setup is not right since I cannot register any users (although I have changed the SMTP host to send emails to myself), and no pages can be edited.

Update 10 Jan 2006.... Well I've been working on this damn thing for 2 days now and got NOWHERE !

Time to give up and go back to MoinMoin. That took about 15 minutes to get running.
