Is there any way to automatically sort file attachments in a topic by file name?

Answer

If you are using the TablePlugin, you can click the table headings to sort the Attachments table according to any column you prefer. This is not remembered until next time somebody looks at the page, though. If you have Perl skills then it would probably not be that difficult to implement, but I don't really know.
