Question

I think this is more of a 'forum' type question but I am trying to find a way to setup TWiki and using TWiki forms for asset management and tracking.

What we have currently is we have a form used to add a 'system' to TWiki and we have another form that is part of that 'system' page to add issues, maintenance, and notes tags. Each of these types of pages are individual documents so we have System0001 and then System0001Notes0001 System0001Maint0001 or System0001Notes0009 etc. Are there any plugins that we can use to automatically add rows to tables without using forms or provide a better solution then creating individual documents for each system note or task?

Environment

TWiki version: TWikiRelease04x01x00
TWiki plugins: DefaultPlugin, EmptyPlugin, InterwikiPlugin
Server OS: CentOS 4.5
Web server: Apache 2.2
Perl version:
Client OS:
