TWiki Release 4.1.0-beta3

This beta release is made available for testing by the developer community and based on SVN MAIN branch revision 12214 (10 Dec 2006).

At this 3rd beta the number of bugs has significantly decreased since beta2 and it is not getting pretty stable.

This beta release is not recommended for production use.

For production use - it is recommended to download TWiki Release 4.0.5.

TWiki 4.1 is expected release end December depending on the stability.

Thanks Kenneth for building beta3. I have an installation mostly working, except for configure which is unusable on Solaris (Bugs:Item3283)
