Believe it or not, I'm trying to get TWiki3 running under Win95 using the Savant webserver and the ActiveState Perl release, under Cygwin's GNU tools (especially Bash.) Anyone have any experience attempting something like this?

Hi. I am gonna try the same thing. Well, sorta. The server is an NT at webhosting.com. At a first reading of the code, it only looks like the auto-mail will have to be worked on, and the directory structure. But then, this is the first real Perl program I have taken on.
