SubWeb
Definition: SubWebs are TWiki-style "Webs" but with the detail that the topic names used in a SubWeb are combined with other SubWebs according to simple scoping rules. The simple rules proposed include:- exporting topic names to all other SubWebs in the current NameSpaceWeb
- exporting topic names to all other webs in the site.
