Some templates have now moved from being .tmpl files in the templates directory to topics. They can be different for different Webs, but they are not skinnable. This is a shame as the information about topic creation is likely to be different between skins e.g. not all skins will have a create link at the bottom of the page or a "Go" feature for going straight to topics.

This could be made skinabble by allow the skin name to be appended to the template name e.g.:

• WebTopicEditTigerTemmplate
• WebTopicEditSkinTigerTemplate
