This is a port of Perl for various platforms including Windows, from Siemens Business Services. It doesn't seem to be used a great deal compared to ActivePerl and CygWin Perl on Windows, and it's not currently a recommended option for running TWiki, unless you are willing to work on the TWiki code as needed. Now supported by testenv in TWikiAlphaRelease, see SiePerlSupportForTestenv. Still not very well tested with TWiki, so the above comments remain valid for now.
