I think it would be neat if one could create RSS pages as a TWiki page.

This would take the form of a template and new %VARS% that would identify the feed name, feed source etc. The page would get updated when a user navigated to that page as opposed to being updated at a set interval (unless there's a way to do that!). There would be a separate page for each feed - and perhaps one would want a separate web for RSS pages too...

This would then present as a summary page, not unlike the FeatureEnhancementRequest page.

Not quite sure what you want here - sounds like parsing RSS feeds and presenting them as HTML, in which case have a go at SlashdotPlugin.

TWiki has now a RSS reader, Plugins.HeadlinesPlugin
