Bug: Rename gave taint error on TWiki.org

I renamed Support.ErrorWhenEditOddChineseCharacterWikiName to SomeChineseCharactersBreakWikiLinks yesterday and did the 'fix names across all public webs' option. I got the following error:

Software error:
Insecure dependency in open while running with -T switch at /home/groups/t/tw/twiki/cgi-bin/TWiki/Store.pm line 867. 
For help, please send mail to the webmaster (staff@sourceforge.net), giving this error message and the time and date of the error. 

On checking results, two of the pages referenced had been renamed, but the third had not.

Test case

Not sure how to recreate this - first time I've had this partial rename with taint error.
