In MegaTWiki the addition of the prefix TW__ is suggested where the username is all numbers. The prefix being added on additions to RCS and removed when usernames are passed back to TWiki. At work we get single quotes in usernames, which also causes problem.

If the TW__ prefix is adopted for username handling in RcsWrap in will also need some handling in RcsLite, as this is designed to process the same RCS files as RCS. RcsLite would only need to remove the prefix where it is before all digits.

As for the single quotes, I've been removing them as soon as this hit my TWiki. Any ideas for a better solution?
