I am having some troubles saving some topics from Mozilla (version 0.9.9).
When I do
Preview the preview never comes out.
The problem arises also if I am using the Checkpoint or Save button in
KoalaSkin.
If I use Netscape 4.x all works fine
Has anybody seen anything similar?

Not sure what you mean 'never comes out' - what happens exactly? A blank page, an error, a timeout or something else? I use this version of Mozilla quite a lot, and haven't had any problems with TWiki.org or a local Dec 2001 TWiki. This does sound a bit like
MozillaNoEdit, see what you think - but that was fixed a long time ago.
Are you using any proxies?
Have a look in debug.txt to see if there are any errors, and see
TWikiDebugging.
It would also be useful if you added in the system environment details (see
BugReport and create a report from there.)

I am using Mozilla 0.9.9 under Linux redhat 7.2.
I had problems saving an earlier version of the
CalendarPluginDev topic on twiki.org.
Today I had problems saving
ASTWiki:Architetture2/SpimFaq2001
then I saved using Netscape 4.x and it worked. I have now tried to save it from another Mozilla 0.9.9 on Linux rh 7.2 and it works ... "%!%!%%&!&£%&
It's a recent twiki alpha (19 Feb 2002) on a
RedHat 7.2.

MozillaNoEdit appeared to be a bit intermittent, and did happen on IE 5.5 a couple of times, so it's possible that there's a browser-independent version of this bug...
Try running the latest version of testenv (in
TWikiAlphaRelease or
CookbookActivePerlTestenv) as that will pick up more information including your
CGI.pm version (may be worth upgrading this) and Perl version. If it's a public site, a URL to testenv would be great.

I have found that this was a problem of the network libs of Mozilla at that time ...
