Bug: Outdated form fields are not removed

When a META:FIELD is present in a topic which is not defined in the corresponding form definition, then this field should be removed upon next save.

Discussion

This used to work. Note that now there is no way of getting rid of fields that are not relevant any longer due to a change in form definition.

Restored the behavior of Cairo. Also improved the copying of metadata from the original topic upon save to avoid copying unneeded data.

Thomas - this was intentional.. (i thought) though there needs to be a mechanism to remove fields

Well, fields showed up in view mode which were not in the form definition, which is definitely not per spec. Until we have a clearly established way of how this would work we should stick with the Cairo behavior.
