I updated NewBugTemplate because someone edited this to include the details of a specific bug. I included an HTML comment to stop this happening, but it would perhaps be better if only the TWikiAdminGroup could edit this page, even though this is creeping HardSecurity, so perhaps not such a good idea... (a bit like the introduction of more bureaucratic rules every time someone does something stupid in a company).

Also, I've noticed people not putting in the bug title properly, which is why I took the opportunity to put in some longer text to tell people to edit this.

It would also be good if this template put in the classification of BugReport by default (it is a bug template after all...)

Agreed, better not to have too many rules. Mistakes can be undone...

I set the classification of the template topic to "Select one..." so that it does not show up in the list of bugs. It does get set automatically to BugReport (by a hidden field) when you create a new bug in BugReports.
