Bug: More Include Problems

I tried to attach a document containing HTML markup to a toic then include the attchment into the topic. This had a couple of problems - one is discussed already in IncludeWithFullURLShouldNotBeTwikiProcessed, to which I have added some more details. The other I only found while trying to make that topic into a test case. I don't know what is going on, but my test case (remove the verbatims and try to save to see the problem) couldn't be saved - it just timed out going to preview? This didn't happen at work on a twiki alpha release from late last year and using koalaskin.

Follow up

SourceForge blocks outgoing http traffic, that is why you get the timeout. Please reopen this bug in case it happens on your server and you verified that outgoing http traffic works properly outside of TWiki.
