Mission Stars are awarded to an idea by PeterThoeny depending on how well the idea fits with the TWiki mission. Only Peter can award mission stars. He will award one to five stars, where one star says "Probably a good idea, but doesn't really fit the TWiki mission. Chances are, if you do this, I'm not going to merge it to a release" through to 5 stars saying "excellent, spot on, fits the mission down to a tee. Will probably merge - if it is implemented to a high standard of usability and quality!"

No stars says "I haven't read this yet".

No-one but Peter may award stars. Tough.
