JonathanManning Would Like to Check-in
Who am I?
I'm a bioinformaticist working for the University of Edinburgh. I have a background in Biochemistry, and in recent years learnt to program, among other things teaching myself Perl.
What do I want?
write access to
SVN for the following branches:
twikiplugins
What can I do?
I have gained a reasonable amount of experience for various aspects of Perl programming during my Bioinformatics
PhD and Masters. I'm keen to learn how to develop within more stringent frameworks such as TWiki.
Why do I want to do it?
I have been developing a number of modules within the TWiki framework, designed to be of use to biological researchers. I would like to release these as a TWiki plugin alongside publication in a peer-reviewed scientific journal. Doing so will make my work more easily accessible, and expose it to (hopefully) constructive and useful criticism, allowing me to refine the code.

Questions and Comments
Thank you Jonathan for offering to contribute back your TWiki related code to the
TWikiCommunity, this very much in open source spirit! I support your request to get access to the extension repository.
