Below is a list of IRC Cloaks (also called
HostMasks) that will be used on
irc.freenode.net to associate people with the TWiki project. If you would like to request an
IrcCloak, please
add your name to the "Requested Cloaks" area of the list below.
If your irc nick differs from your twiki.org name, you can continue to use it.
IrcCloaks allows linking IRC culture (which of course includes many non-
#twiki channels) and TWiki.org culture. Do an IRC whois search on any of name (by clicking on it) and you get all of them, ergo you still know who the person is.
-
Cloaks are now implemented
- If you requested a cloak but do not appear on the list below you will need to register your nickname on freenode by typing "/msg nickserv register (your password)" into the IRC client while logged in using your Primary nickname then notify TravisBarker
Current Registered Cloaks Are:
Requested Cloaks (please list your request below)
You only need to list your primary IRC nick below. (

This Primary nickname must be registered with freenode using
/msg nickserv register (your password)) If you have other nicknames (such as Travis_away or Travis_gone etc etc), and want them to fall under the same cloak, you can register and link those additional nicks to your primary IRC nick by using
/msg NICKSERV link in IRC.
