Purpose

Provides CGI interface for installing a new password.

Called by an Apache Authenticated User, and then only runs if the logged in user is part of the TWikiAdminGroup

Used by

Invoked as part of the ForgotPasswordWorkflow:

• (this uses the PasswdCgiScript) The user requests a new password by filling in the TWiki. ResetPassword page
• This script is called from the TWiki. InstallPassword page.

This script is only useful for Apache based HtPasswd and HtDigest Authentication methods. It requires TWiki::User::HtPasswdUser
