1. TWiki 4.2.1 Post Mortem
- Desired outcome: What can be done to make timely patch releases; target date for 4.2.2 release
- We need more marketing happening around the release.
- KennethLavrsen will create a blog entry in his role as "release manager"
- MartinSeibert will create a weblog for the managers and marketing people in English and German
- MartinSeibert will inform important German media about the current release and ask for coverage
- MartinSeibert will create a wiki-document, that offers a list of sources to inform about new versions of TWiki
- OliverKrueger will use his contacts at heise online for coverage.
- KennethLavrsen Lavr will add an info, that states an improvement of 10% for the new TWiki-release (will confirm numbers first)
- People are encouraged to blog everywhere.
- 4.2.2
- MarkusUeberall will file a severe bug he has already found in the new release and try to add a fix as soon as possible.
- CrawfordCurrie should reapply his IF refactoring asap so it gets tested for 4.2.2
- Kenneth predicts this to be a 10-20 bug items release - very small - released in mid September. It will not take UTF8 into its scope meaning that the I18N Normal bugs will be adressed in 5.0.
2. Feature requests for Georgetown Release
- Desired outcome: Discuss and decide on pending feature request that need attention

- ProcessAddToHeadAdds - Sven and Crawford - we wait for you to agree or disagree on the proposal topic.
- MakingVarVARTopicCapable - Martin needs to tell us why he raised concern against his own proposal. He must bring it forward to a meeting himself. We do not know what to discuss. Kenneth parks it.
