Bug: HTML in a select field's value causes probems with forms.

Forms select list not working with html values

Test case

Create a form on that is associated with a page. On the form, have one of the form's variables a 'select' field that lets you pick values from a defined list. For one of the value choices, use

&

to create an ampersand in the middle for a value choice like 'this & that' (look in raw mode). Make sure this choice is not the first item. Select this choice and save the topic. Go back into edit mode and the field will now be set to the first choice of the drop down list.
