Essential Plugins at Dakar Release (TWiki 4.0.0)

What is an essential plugin? That is a subjective view. And we can never agree.

We should as minimum see those that came per default with Cairo as essential. They must work in Dakar.

And then on top of that those that KennethLavrsen and whoever adds to this list believe to be very popular.

If people know of Plugins that work in Dakar - add them to the list. Make sure to compare if the version on SVN that works is based contains any fixes from TWiki.org introduced after it was transferred to SVN. Simple check that all change history entries on TWiki.org are included in the plugin topic of the SVN version.
