Refactoring Proposal: Dakar Skin Simplification
There are a number of cleanups and simplifications that we should do to the distributed skins in Dakar. amongst them areremove HTML FORM sections around INCLUDED sections
Both the TopBar and the LeftBars have a cgi-bin/view FORM around them. This pre-supposes the user's customisation, and so is better moved to the BarTopics.- view.pattern.tmpl change Commited to DEVELOP - 08-Jan-2004
