I had long time to receive any notifications and i went to check out if everything was ok...Well you guessed wright. It wasn't :-(. I ran the mail notify cronjob and i got this which to me is Chinese:

It seems though to be some kind of problem with persmissions and the
WebPersmission plugin but this is as far i understand. I subscribed my self in other webs with no permission restrictions but still the same. Please help me if possible!!!
Thank you in advance

Discussion and Answer
Ok, I disabled the
WebPermissions plugin and everything works perfectly. Once i reenable it mail notify fails again and the cronjob log is the same as above. I also removed any topic and web permissions i had configured but still i got the same problem. I want to have the
WebPermissions plugin enabled though cause it will be very helpfull for my users.

Yes, after disabling the web permission plugins it works well. But how to proceed with web permission plugin?
