SID-01252: Plugin for a star rating system like in wikipedia

Is there any twiki rating plugin that can give a similar rating system as in the wikipedia article rating system, such as at the bottom of this wikipedia article http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Saint_Petersburg_Dam

Any tips on how to achive a similar rating system in twiki would be appreciated.
