SID-01071: Edit a script to get topic list and related revision info

My target is to obtain list of the topics with related revision info, e.g. Topic|Revision|Last Update|Last Author

Something similar to the table found in MyRecentQuestions topic.

The command %INCLUDE{"%SYSTEMWEB%.%TOPIC%"}% used in WebTopicList does not give revision info.
