SID-00834: How To Notify for Needed Action in Workflow Plugin

Status: Unanswered Unanswered TWiki version: 4.3.2 Perl version: 5.8.8

TWiki Version: TWiki-4.3.2, build 18148

I'm using the WorkFlow plug in to regulate entries into our knowledge base. Anyone can submit to the KB, then it flows to a SME, then Techwriter, etc.

I'm wondering if there is a method to send an email to each group when a new topic progresses in the workflow. I've looked at trying to use the regular mailnotify, but I can't figure out how to make that work based on workflow state.

Any suggestions?

Thanks, Daryl

Discussion and Answer

Side note: I found the Approval Plugin and thought that was the answer, but it doesn't with with TWiki 4.3.
