SID-00743: Google Weather Plugin not installing

Have installed, I thiink, all the dependencies I can locate but I'm not as good at LInux as I could be. I get teh following error:

Question: Is this asking me to install encode.pm?

Answered this myself, yes theEncode.pm was missing although the message was not cler. Problem solved Plugin working
