SID-00320: Installing TWiki on OpenSolaris

After following the "Installing TWiki 4.x on Solaris 10" guide (although I am using OpenSolaris on VPS), I am unable to restart Apache and the only error message I get in my logs are the following:

I'll note that I am attempting to install twiki on a virtual server. I've created the twiki-root in ~/web/public directory and I'm not at all certain this is the right place.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
